I liked only location

the repair is very old, the ceiling is crumbling, the paint is falling off the walls, it is dirty. the photos do not correspond to reality

Location - walking distance from Spanish steps . Clean and comfortable. Have good process of informing how to check in and out without any interaction.

I liked the place as where it was, but the apartment was not in the level of the location where it was

There was a mould in bathroom , all walls scratched, extensions everywhere no plugs, dirty cups, water in toilet leaking etc…

ILovely apartment inside, very spacious & had a folder of helpful information. Had everything you could need Arranged taxi through them which was perfect.

Extremely noisy at night, made it very hard to get to sleep. Communal areas are very much in need of repair No safe

Commode doesn't work. No sugar....No electric kettle...person who came to give keys was rude....we got lost due to navigator...he was constantly complaining....ac s ineffective. Great location but everything else very poor. Switches didn't work.

Location, location, location. That is pretty much it. Yes - the place is fully equipped as well. Nice from price/quality perspective as well

A really worn down place, which needs renovation really bad. Just change windows to begin with! There is a feeling that you sleep on a street with all that noise from midnight clobbers coming back home. The rest of the place is fully operational, but is OLD. WiFi is terrible as well, if that is an issue for you. Work more or less ok right next to the router, but move one step away and it is gone. Overall, OK if you are budget and not overly demanding tourist

The host is very helpful and good follow.

Improve the bathroom and the hair dryer.
