Vasant’s customer service skills were excellent.

The place was a MESS. Renovations seem to be a disaster. Not a drop of water in the washroom. Had to change rooms because the curtains were like clouds of dust. Litter and rubbish all over the place waiting to be cleared. Room staff seemed clueless but ready to help. Other guests were loudly complaining in frustration. I cut short my visit by a full night. Oh, and the taps were rusty and electrical sockets were loose, some not working.

Location of the Hotel is good... And rooms are neat and ok to have a stay

The lift services is very poor and odur smell And bathroom is not upto the level

Lack of hygiene, lack of housekeeping, staff not delivering satisfactory service.

Good stay and good location and the wifi is good the staff are so friendly great job guys keep it up

This is old lodge. Slow water.. no clean beds . Tiny bed.. old furniture.. lot of cockroaches
