Very good price for this season

All is great

The location is great for Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex. I was attending an event there and found it very convenient being able to walk there. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a communal kitchen (fridge, freezer, kettle, oven but no microwave) and it was always clean. Laundry service was free! The staff was helpful. They speak only a little English but they readily use translation app so don't hesitate to come here even if you don't speak Armenian or Russian.

The door to your room has a little "window". You cannot see through it but sometimes the light would bother me when other guests switched the lights on and off in the communal area. I would suggest a little curtain so guests could block the light if needed. The toilet was a little smelly. It's probably the sewers because I didn't notice any problems with cleanliness. The staff isn't always at the reception. It's not a problem, just don't expect everything taken care of in two seconds. They will communicate through Booking.com messages if needed.

A little bit terrible at night. Had communication problem with the staff. Was forced to pay for the stay immediately. No air-conditioners. The common bathroom is old.

It is a very unique building. I'm very interested in the history of it. Who used how. Very misterious! Each room has different feature so I would like to stay other rooms as well. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean. The lady working there is nice and kind.

It's only applicable to our room, but there were some gaps between the window and the floor so the wind comes in to our room and it was cold at night. We got extra duvet so we could sleep but it should be fixed anyway.

I specially liked the kitchen. It had an electric stove with a refrigerator and a small table to eat there. The room was very clean and perfect.

The room was a bit cold as it doesn't receive natural sunlight. I was in a room with two beds and I had to use the blanket of the other bed to sleep at nights.

Very smelly toilet with bin full of used toilet paper. The awfull smell was even in the kitchen which was next to the toilet. Bad location in the city - far away from the city centre. Hard to find the place - there is no sign of the hotel and the number on the house.

Fantastic bourgeois cozy armenian atmosphere - highly recommend! big rooms in the heart of kievian bridge... A lot of classic Russians writers books, Thank you so much

A little bit cold because of a high volume of rooms, but make it warm just take a time;) Very cozy appartments!

It is good equipped and decorated. We were staying in a 3 beds room and was big enough. We were traveling by our car and there are plenty of parking place near the hostel.

There was a guy staying in a room next to our room, started shouting and whimpering since 12 midnight to almost 4 am. He seemed to be drunk friend of the staff and first he started with kicking on our wall and shouting on a girl. I asked staff to talk with him and make him quiet or change our room, at the first they answered he will leave tomorrow and asked me to talk with this drunk dangerious guy and then after my third complain, one of the staff came and started to shout on him and it continued untill morning. Even at 9 morning when we were leaving the hostel, we could hear that drunk guy out of the hostel. It was like a nightmare. They printed a lot of rules including fines for everything on the walls of everywhere. I guess they need to determine some fine for their faults too.

In the bath room there was a water leakage with the shower that it can be fixed. We asked about the washing machine and the reception told us that we can just use it at mornings, they can be a little more flexible for whom that has kid.
