The bed was very comfortable and the view is nice although we did have the saragassas so not the hotels fault. Food was good. The staff was nice. They brought us cookies for free which was nice.
The access to the hotel was difficult as we needed to pay every day for the access to the Jaguar park where the hotel was located, been searched each time to access to the park. The room was too expensive for what it is and for the amenities we had. We needed to ask for capsules of coffee because the capsules they have need to be charged by us, which we are not used to. We paid 400 dollars a night without breakfast which was not convenient. The staff wasn’t coming at all to check if we needed anything when we are tanning in the beds of the hotel. Room cleaning was done very late as each time we came from our breakfast and errands, we needed to wait downstairs for the cleaning lady to finish the room. The hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach, only a deck. So I don’t think the hotel was very worth it to be honest. Too many taxes and fees to pay and we didn’t enjoy that much the stay.
