Great free breakfast, best staff very helpful, great central swimming pool and good wifi!

Pick up from the airport was very convenient. The owners were very nice and helpful. The bed was really comfy and the coffee and small breakfast were appreciated. It's nice being in the courtyard, a little separate oasis blocking out the city. I will be Cong back again next time I am in Guayaquil.

I wouldn't walk around at night, but that is anywhere in Guayaquil really. We were only there for one night before moving on so it was conveniently close to both the airport and the bus station. Really all good.

Very close to the airport. after car rental we came to hotel 15 min-1 km by foot. Mall de Sol 5-7 min by foot also.There is laundry 100m from hotel.Inside hotel they have swimming pool.Good wi fi and breakfast.Quiet place despite of close to the airport. 2.5 km from bus Terminal Terrestre. Taxi to the city center costs 3-4 usd

We left our baggage for 2 night,then we came back and spent 2 more nights in hotel but they charged from us 1 usd per 1 baggage per night.It's cheap but it first time im my practice when hotel charge money for this sevice generally

Swimming pool is great and since we arrived after midnight, that we could get up after the scheduled breakfast time and have breakfast anytime.

They are very responsive and accommodating. They prepared an evening vegetarian meal even there were no close vegetarian restaurants. The pool is great.

A family hotel with free pickup from airport which is very close to hotel. Perfect neighborhood, safe quiet and near the mall. Room full of places to charge including USB, comfi beds, hot water, clean. Our room was changed for a bigger one. I ordered a triple room and we received a room with one double and 2 twin beds. Thanks to Esther our stay was just great. Her husband is also a very nice person. Picked us from airport.

Breakfast was served in delay after we asked for it as we had a morning flight. Not much to eat but seems this is the local standard in Latin America. The price including tax in booking was not aligned with hotel. We were asked to pay 10% addition of Booking commission probably should be paid by hotel. My insistence kept the price in my booking but I would rather skip dollar discussions with reception when using Booking.

SImple, comfortable, convenient airport hotel with pickup, Close to airport, bus terminal and Mal del Sol. The pool is a nice plus for a quick dip after travel or with the heat.

Breakfast is minimum and not great. Some fruit or eggs would be better or leave it altogether.

The rooms were large and clean, if a bit dated. There were plenty of outlets for charging phones for my family of 4, and the mini fridge was stocked with cold beverages.

My husband was nervous about the location, and the hotel in general looked a bit rundown- but the rest of my family felt comfortable. The woman at the desk assured me the area was safe and sent us for a wonderful meal a couple of blocks away.

We stayed the night before a flight. Close to the airport. Comfortable for an overnight stay before / after a flight. Swimming pool in the center of the central area.

Great location, it's a little difficult to find down a small lane but worth it. The pool is large and very clean and very welcome after a hot day in the city. We got the impression that the hotel is family owned and operated, all the staff were attentive and helpful, many of them speak english. We explored the area and found a couple of great restaurants including a Brazilian Barbeque. The Mundial City is a bargain, we will be back.

The hotel is a courtyard with the pool in the middle, everything in the common area and lobby is very clean and organized, but could use a little straightening up.

Everything was pretty good. The pool in the courtyard is just great. The staff were helpful when engaged. Fairly secure parking. Room has a mini-bar fridge thoughtfully stocked with snacks and drinks. This is great value for the money ... it seems secure and well-managed. Certainly for anyone wanting a place to comfortably crash and relax prior to airporting ... it is ideal. Would also be suitable for longer stays ... the pool, courtyard and air-conditioned rooms are definitely a drawcard.

It is difficult to fault this place really. It is in a bit of an industrial zone, so no cafes or bars in the immediate vicinity, but you are a short walk (5 to 10 mins) from a large mall and its peripheral stuff if you want to kick back elsewhere... so that's fine. Overall, they are well-priced and taxis are very reasonable in Guayaquil (once you know the prices) ... so they're doing a great job basically.

Nice family owners who are friendly and the service is excellent! My wife and I stay with them whenever we are traveling thru Guayaquil. A good clean safe location close to both the airport and bus terminal 😊
