Solution for breakfast when you leave early (paid at the bar down the road)
Breakfast at the bar is better, too much packed stuff (I would have invested a bit more in high quality cakes and snacks)

The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. We liked the location, but you need a car to get to town and the nice beaches. Of all the beaches, we liked La Chinta the most.
The accommodation was close to the main road so there was a lot of noise, but nothing that bothered us. To get into the car park, however, you had to turn directly right from the main road through a small uphill and a narrow gate. It was a bit scary at first, but we managed to turn around at the petrol station and then it was easier to get into the car park.

Big room, very clean, amazing breakfasts, host very helpful (he instantly gave us tips regarding food, good beaches, parkings etc.)
Not many places (shelves etc.) to put anything, even though the room was very big. Localization next to rather busy road.

We liked the cleanliness of the property and the pool area is really nice after a day out. The hosts were nice.
The bed is not comfortable including the pillows.
The breakfast is the same every day and it has a lot of sweets and pastries. No options for intolerances.
The location is okay if you have a car. It’s impossible to go for a walk from the property as it’s directly on the main road and very dangerous. We didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a kettle in the room, and not even cutlery. We had to buy cutlery to eat a take out. We spent 8 days so a kettle for tea and coffee and cutlery was necessary. I think it will be okay for a night or two but not for a long stay.

Very nice structure with a very kind owner. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable.
No direct beach location but close to San Teodoro center.
Only negative point is the location next to a main street.

Federico is super kind host, who's trying to do the best to make your stay comfortable as much as possible. He gave us may good tips for beaches and restaurants. The room was clean and comfy, we didn't miss a thing. The place is quite far from the beaches, but you need to go there by car anyway, so it was not a big deal.

Nicely presented and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Owner was nice and gave us tips for the local area restaurants and beaches.
Hard pillows. Would be nice to have kettle in room. Very close to busy road.

The staff is really friendly. Rooms very clean and with a little garden. Parking for free on the property. It can get a little noisy due to the road directly next to it, but we could sleep excellent. Not far from San Teodoro center, but better to drive there by car.
