J’ai presque tout aimé dans cet hôtel le personnel qui très agréable toujours souriant toujours disponible le confort des suites avec de très grandes surfaces et le calme entourant l’hôtel

L’hôtel est situé dans un secteur sans voiture avec une liaison assurée entre la route et l’hôtel 24h/24 par un service de scooter et au moment où j’ai fait la réservation je n’avais pas lu le message qu’il fallait appeler dès que nous serions à l’entrée du chemin qui mène à l’hôtel pour qu’on vienne nous chercher en scooter pour nous conduire on a dû se taper presque 1.5 kg à pieds avec chacun 1 valise et un trolley

Le personnel adorable, au petit soin. La villa magnifique, le décor au milieu des rizières Je recommande. La navette en scooter pour nous ramener dans le centre ville.

Amazing property and wonderful, peaceful location. Stayed in the Emerald Pool Villa which is such a well thought out three storey villa. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff at this boutique hotel are available on an almost 24 hour basis to cater to your every whim. The property is cleaned more than once a day which is so thoughtful and only when you are out. We were served a superb à la carte breakfast everyday at our villa just the way we wanted it. As the villa is located amongst rice fields which is a stunning view every morning, no cars are allowed which means you access the property riding on the back of mopeds driven by the super friendly and polite staff. They are always available when you want them. The staff arranged all our activities based on ideas we sent them in advance of us arriving at the property. Wouldn’t hesitate in returning to the Luxe. Truly a personalised experience. Special thanks to Ngurah, Yuli, Ketut, Nyoman, Kadek, Wayan and everyone else.

AC not as powerful as would have liked and downstairs only had fans and no AC

Один из лучших отелей в плане комфорта и соотношения цена/качество где я была. Здесь очень много нюансов которые я всегда ищу в отелях и такой набор качеств редкость. Место идеально тихое и природа вокруг, в тоже время 3 минуты и ты в самом центре убуда. Есть удобная большая ванная с красивым видом. Удобная Кровать, есть рабочий стол и кресла качалки. Личная Терраса очень крутая, красивый вид, есть лежаки и круглый диван, и завтрак можно попросить прям на террасе. В номере кофемашина с безлимитным кофе, нормальный чай, вода. Убирались пару раз в день незаметно пока мы уходили, всегда когда возвращались уже постель застелили, полотенца чистые все аккуратно. Есть услуга бесплатная круглосуточно байк трансфера до центра убуда и назад, больше 5 мин мы никогда не ждали, ребята супер. Завтраки супер, очень достойные! Какие-то постоянно конфетки клали. Персонал 10/10. В общем я в восторге и благодарности.

Единственное пожелание что можно было бы еще улучшить - обновить полотенца. Они чистые, но видно что уже старенькие и застиранные.
