Bathroom, when I was taking shower water was draining slow,

We choose these place because of the location, BUT once there is the staff that makes this place the best place to stay while in El Salvador. 10 stars 🌟 🌟 to all of them, specially Perla. Thank you for making our stay in San Salvador an awesome one.

The rate supposedly covered shuttle service to and from the airport, instead I wound up paying Uber US$40.00+ for the rides.

The morning staff (2 girls) were very friendly and professional as was the young man working in the evening, a credit to the hotel. The location to the large mall is great, only 10 mins walking in a safe area.

The first room we were given facing the roadside had a lot of noise from a bar opposite till 11pm so my child couldn't sleep, however we were able to move to another room which was much better and alot quieter. Lady manager not very friendly.
