The hotel has a perfect location: it's one stairs away from the beach, 1 minute walking from the Ksamil bus stop, 2 minutes walking from the port, and 7 minutes walking from the bus station. You cannot find a better location in Sarande, which also includes several restaurants, markets, stores and all you might need on walking distance. The staff is lovely and always willing to help, although they won't be on the reception all the time, but you'll find them on the restaurant where the hotel is located (Proper Pizza) or on the terrace, during the breakfast time. The room was big, and so was the bed, which was also comfortable. The room was equipped with AC (had an issue with mine and it was quickly solved), TV, great furniture, several plugs around the room, a balcony with lateral sea view and clothesline. The bathroom was also big, with amenities, a great hair dryer and a good shower. It was always clean. Furthermore, the breakfast was really great, with good and fresh traditional options everyday. WiFi was also great.

There is no elevator, but the staff will promptly help you with the bags if needed. Also, there is no indication of the hotel's entry, since it's inside a restaurant. It would be good to have some kind of sign indicating it.

Hotel is near the port, 5 min walking. Cozy place near the sea. There is pizzeria on the first floor, it’s a nice place to have pizza and beer. They’ve given us free upgrade room with a sea view, and also allowed us to checkout late. Stuff was polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

The best stay ever in the south of Albania. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Great location, sea view rooms, easy to get in and out of the city. My weekend getaway!

The hotel doesn't have its own car park. The car must be parked in the parking lot along the road, which may scratch the car. The moment of check-in itself is strange because the waiters from the pizzeria are also the hotel staff.

The location was perfect. Bus stop was very close so we walked to the hotel. It was close to many restaurant s and bars. It was right in front of the beach and there was a good pizza place below the hotel. The amusement park in front made our stay more fun. The was very friendly and helpful. All of them were super nice. Our room's view was excellent, we really enjoyed our balcony. The breakfast was more than we expected. Omelette option made us feel full for the most of the day.

There wasn't a shower cabin in our bathroom. I don't know if thats the case in all the rooms ut the bathroom got a little wet each time we sgowered. Thankfully there was a drain the bathroom so there wasn't any water in the room. We didn't find the bathroom very comfortable in general but it wasn't a big problem for us. The amusement park noises and lights continue until later the nigjt. It didn't bother us since we went to sleep after the closing if the park but if you plan to sleep early you might this situation.

Located at very noisy street, just opposite local amusement park. After a shower whole bathroom was floating. And the smell in the room was awful, you sholud do something about that.

We have stayed for 8 days and every morning we got the same breakfast that we had to wait for more than 45min. It was not bad, but 2 eggs made in the same way for 8 times in a row were a bit too much for us.

A loud amusement park just in front :(

The location of the property was great since it’s walking distance from the port. There’s a nice modern pizza shop in the bottom floor with great service and staff! The staff offered assistance with everything and were very hard working friendly people. Great breakfast. One of the managers recommended a few sites to see in town and helped book taxi which was very helpful and kind of him.

Free breakfast was good and filling. Good location near the "boardwalk". Clean, safe, and comfortable.

There is a bright Ferris wheel and loud carnival type rids across the street but the noise ends between 11pm and midnight.
