Central location, friendly staff, comfortable clean room and facilities.

I did have to ask to change my room after 1 day, because my original room was located next to something very noisy (like a machine) outside. Once I changed room I had no problems.

El desayuno estuvo excelente y variado. Podria ser más temprano, de repente desde las 7:00 am Me gusto la buena disposicion del personal para brindarme el desayuno a las 3:30 AM para llevar ya que salia temprano. Muy amables.

The breakfast was good with their two hot options, one was always eggs while the second would switch to either hotdogs or pancakes. Yogurt, bread, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit and two juice options. Great location just 2 blocks from city center, short taxi ride to Chan Chan.

When I arrived to my room, I called the front desk unaware of how to turn on the ac, and the young lady immediately apologized and said the ac was not working and apologized for the inconvenience. Based on the angel of the room, the window didn’t face a street to allow air to enter. I went downstairs and asked to be switched rooms, she sent a young man to my room to help with bags. When he arrived I explained that the reason for moving was due to the ac not working. He asked for the control, which there was none in the room. He apologized for the new worker that was unaware of how the ac worked. Once he brought up a remote it worked fine.
