The location is excellent and provides on site parking in a very quiet area. Good restaurant for dinner just up the road from guest house. Great indoor pool which was a nice surprise. Fine for a 1 night stay. We left a small bag behind and the host let us know immediately so we could fetch it.
Rooms are very basic. Only beds in our room. No table or chair except on the balcony. No place to put luggage (except on the spare bed). No good if you are more than 2 people in the family room. Bathroom toilet seat was broken and the drain smelt. Breakfast is limited.
