Good location near several malls and the sightseeing cruises. The staff was kind and helpful. Modern hotel, lots of design in the decoration of the rooms and bathrooms. Large, comfortable rooms.
Completely lack of privacy in the shower/bath. Shower/bath completely open (not even a glass) towards the bedroom, and wc with semi-transparent wall/doors.

Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir am letzten Tag früh los mussten, wurde uns eine Mahlzeit zum Mitnehmen gegeben. Das Personal beherrscht Englisch und hat uns sowohl geholfen, unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen, als auch Pakete für uns anzunehmen. Vielen lieben Dank!
Die Dachbar war leider geschlossen und wurde gebaut. Darüber wurden wir leider nicht informiert, was leider sehr schade war.

Echt een heel fijn hotel! We hadden ruime kamers, het was keurig schoon en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.
We hebben heel veel gelopen in Guangzhou en vanaf het hotel was dat steeds prima te doen.
Geen idee!

Nothing to like or dislike . Overall quite disappointed as the hotel was listed as a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World but does not quite live up to the expectations
