Beautiful apartment in the heart of Yerevan. Incredible views from the large balcony which was on the top of a 5 story building. All the could need for a stay in Yerevan was in the apartment. Thank you to the owners who were very kind and helpful for the duration of our stay.

Superb accommodation located just on the edge of the bustling city centre. All the big attractions are walkable. The private rooftop terrace is excellent and affords great views across the city and to Mt Ararat. The flat itself is very spacious with a large living area and kitchen, plus 3 big bedrooms. The hosts were lovely too and gave us plenty of tips for the city
As others have mentioned, it's 5 floors up with no elevator, but the trade-off for the rooftop terrace is worth it

Отличное расположение в центре города. Чисто, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяйка квартиры очень приятная, всегда на связи.

The host was super friendly, he made us a tour of the place and made a short presentation of the surroundings (the place is basically surrounded by universities). It is a very central place, quite close to the metro and you have plenty of shops around. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the jewel of the crown is certainly the terrace, which gives a really nice view of the city and of Ararat. It is a great spot to relax after a long day visiting the city.
This was not a minus for us at all, but if travelling with older people, you should take into consideration that the apartament is on the top floor and there is no elevator.
