Stunning location. Excellent facilities. Clean & comfortable accommodation. Wonderful restaurant for a delicious buffet breakfast. Great customer service from starting at reception.

Staff in reception were great. The Italian restaurant was fantastic.
The staff in the restaurant where you went for breakfast weren't great. The first day the guy looked like he had dragged himself out of bed - shirt not tucked in and messy hair. The second day we were the only guests in the restaurant (4 of us) plus baby and toddler. We ordered 3 coffees and they never arrived. My husband went up to the counter to get water and said to the girl "don't worry about the coffee's now" and she said Oh, sorry and yawned! We were the only people in the restaurant and she asked my daughter for her order twice and wrote it down and still forgot. The other staff member was setting tables in a daggy sloppy joe and sneakers. We didn't bother going back the third morning.
