Easy to find, only minutes from the cbd and walking distance to the Art Museum and Victoria Park and lake. I loved the comfortable living room with its two sofas. The kitchen had the basics which is all I usually need for a short stay. Only one bathroom (which we knew) but separate toilet is convenient. Lockbox in the carport made for easy checking and checkout too.
Beds weren’t the most comfortable we’ve slept in but not the worst either. The small television didn’t have channels 9 or 7, is that a Shepparton thing? The road is reasonably busy but the noise didn’t keep me awake.

Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Good central position.
Property needs to be better maintained. Taps loose no door handle on bedroom. Shower recess tile grout needs cleaned . No proper rubbish bin and cupboards not clean. Outside bins needing emptied and some with no lids.
No hair dryer .
