Thank you for your hospitality during my stay. Overall, my experience was pleasant.
However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, as I found the variety and quality below my expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

The place was ok, the staffs were great,
The breakfast menu could be improved with a bit of more options,
The other disadvantage were where the lift is switched off around 10pm, and if you arrive back to the hotel after 10pm, you have to use the stairs to get to what ever floors you are on, and the same if you’ve to go and meet up with someone downstairs.

The owner is very good lady and very kind and helpful. She made my stay very nice. The room is big and comfortable. Excellent customer service.
The location is not good and from outside it is disappointing.

Room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountain.
No shampoo, floor had hair and dirt from previous guests, and no hot water.
