Patty House was a fantastic place to stay in Santa Cruz! The location was great, just a short walk away from the main pier with lots of food options nearby and very easy access to Tortuga Bay. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was perfect for active days in the Galápagos—eggs, fresh bread, coffee, and juice set you up nicely for the day ahead. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and had great energy throughout. Overall, it offered incredible value for the price paid, and I would highly recommend it!
WiFi connection not amazing if you are looking to do some business calls then just go to a near by coffee shop which is my preferred option than working in my room anyway.

Extremely clean, simple room with attached bathroom. Spacious too. Wonderful homemade breakfast. I loved the owners. Good location.

The proprietors, Patty and Marco, were very helpful and very kind. They helped us secure a few tours. They were very knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The property was a bit far from the waterfront and downtown, but there were plenty of taxis for two dollars, so it wasn’t a big deal. Sometimes we walked.

On arrival we were made to feel so welcome, even asked if we preferred a matrimonial or two 'single' beds which were both double plus beds. Breakfasts were wonderful, with many variations, the coffee delicious. Patty, the owner, was so helpful, providing information on places to visit and arranging our taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. Without doubt, we will be returning soon.
