the room was spacious and supre clean. I asked to adjust the airco and within some minutes a repairman showed at the door of my room and fixed it. I was truly impressed.
breakfast was too expensive ($25).
There was an earthquick happened during our stay. It was a very unusual even, but there were no alarm or notification or any saftey instruction provided by the hotel.

Staff was fantastic! The little things like a free ice cream for my daughter meant a lot. Coming back from McDonalds with breakfast the downstairs security ran to push the elevator button for me.
Everything was great except for longer elevator waits/rides. I'd also suggest a solar water heater for the pool for a little warmth.

The bed was so confortable. The room we stayed at had a great view to the stadium and surroundings.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel rooms were clean with the amenities we needed in the rooms themselves.
The pool was closed for maintenance which was not stated. They said we could still sit out there but the pool had no water in it and the loungers were all turned upside down giving it a derelict feel. They also offered another pool but it was indoors. All of the running machines in the gym were out of order too.
