Situation exceptionnelle de cette résidence équipée PM face à la mer.. Appartement très propre dans un cadre très bien entretenu. J'ai apprécié le local avec lave et sèche linge.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Appartment, nichts zu bemängeln. 2 Klimaanlagen (Wohn- und Schlafraum), deutsche Fernsehsender. Gefrierschrank, Mikowelle und alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr großes Bad! Bei Fragen und Wünschen stand Alex immer zur Verfügung (Kontakt per WhatsApp, aufgrund des sehr guten WLANs kein Problem) und war nach kurzer Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.

Der Preis ist schon recht hoch, auch wenn die Anlage in der "ersten Reihe" liegt (ist aber offensichtlich in dieser Umgebung noch im Rahmen). Erste Informationen für 2023 zeigen, dass die Preise dann noch einmal recht kräftig angehoben werden, dann ist es schon grenzwertig! Der Preis für die auf dem Gelände liegenden Parkplätze ist unverhältnismäßig hoch (2022: 10€/Tag Hauptsaison, 5€/Tag Nebensaison, für 2023 avisiert 15€/Tag!), vor allem vor dem Hintergrund, dass mittlerweile die direkt vor dem Tor der Unterkunft liegenden Strandparkplätze völlig kostenfrei und ausreichend vorhanden sind!

Awesome shower room. Very comfy double bed. Apartment was easy to keep clean. Brilliant aircon. Dishwasher a bonus! Outside space was also great which we used a lot over our 2 week stay. If you enjoy mainly flat cycling, the whole area is perfect with lots of routes. We brought our 2 electric bikes over from the UK and so glad we did. Some great local restaurants within easy walking/cycling distance.

The handover. Very confusing emails and I was required to download WhatsApp. I was told in one email that I was to pick up the keys from a different location to where we would be staying. This turned out not to be the case. A stressful start to the holiday, after that everything settled down and was ok. Didn’t bother with the private parking as it would have cost another €70 for 2 weeks. Perfectly adequate parking immediately outside the premises.

There is a really good location near the beach, an opportunity to stay with pets, and a parking place on the hotel territory. Very comfortable hotel patio.

second time of staying and everything is perfect

very clean and to a high standard of finish. excellent location, dog friendly with a good size balcony - plus secured parking with gates to boulevard by the beach. extra charge for secure parking - but advantage of European two-pin sockets for topping up EV. bed was comfortable. sea views from all rooms. keysafe to pickup keys. good wifi easy flat walking to restaurants. on Saturdays there is an amazing outdoor market which runs the length of the boulevard.

not enough bowls and knives and forks, meaning you have to use dishwasher more frequently. there could be a box or set of boxes/carriers to sort then dispose of recycling. the bins are very close by.

All very clean and nicely furnished. Easy to park. Back from the road, so quiet and secure, and a little play area for the children. Staff very helpful and friendly. Underfloor heating in the bed room a bonus.
