Excellent host, perfect location with beach and town nearby. Spacious apartment calm neighborhood

The host Dora is kind & welcoming and clearly done her best to make the accomodation comfortable on limited investment including a lovely welcoming cake. Location is fine walking distance between 3 local beaches and village mariner. The bungalow/apartment we stayed in is plenty spacious and AC & prime refridgerator works fine. The interior was very clean and beds comfortable. Sumartin is lovely fishing village in summer to visit.

The property is rustic; self described 'vintage'. Most fixtures are many decades old and most furniture near antique or partially refurbished. The kitchen is generally not suitable for adequate home cooking, very basic. Window mosquito nets held in place by pebbles. Shower hot water via boiler switch. Front patio area not fully finished yet (bare concrete columns, exposed wiring, etc...). Garden although extensive is quite dangerous for unattended children (low level cactus, random metal & concrete areas, etc...). The driveway into property could use clearing of random stone offcuts to ease the awkward in/out driving angle required through access gate. The ratings & reviews of this property during booking were drastically differing from our experience and the photo's could perhaps indicate more of the rustic approach to better set accomodation expectations.

The village is charming, I would recommend to everyone to search it up at least once in a lifetime.

Very friendly and helpful host. First day we had the problem with not working aircondition. It was cleaned & fixed very quick. Thank you also for lovely mussels made by the host. It was so delicious! :)
