Excellent location, charming apartment, quiet and roomy. It’s on a busy street but you really can’t hear anything from the street. Owners are responsive and friendly, price was great. Internet was fast and consistent, kitchen was well placed and has a stovetop and a dishwasher and microwave- very easy to use. It felt like the kind of apartment a real Roman would live in. Was great.
The complaints are really minor- the bed is not a bed but a pull out couch but we knew that going in. The shower sometimes changed temperature in the middle and there’s only a half glass partition and no curtain so water tends to go all over. But these are all nitpicking- it really was great and we loved our stay.

Location was fabulous - great for wandering, eating, people-watching - but also easily walkable to get to Vatican, Pantheon etc AND close to bus/tram route for when you just want to get there.
Nothing.

The communication, the accessibility. I liked how the location of the property was literally in the middle of life, makes dinners super easy!
The only downside was that the photos showed as if there was going to be a balcony and in fact there wasn't one. The rest was perfect and the owner clarifies the situation!
