Amazing self contained apartment located close to Rome Termini and the Colosseum. Both are 10-15min walk. It has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay in Rome. Comfortable large bed, air conditioning, large living room, TV,, washing machine and fast wifi. Building is also very secure and has a lift which means no dragging suitcases up stairs. A rare thing for apartments in Italy. Very good restaurants, grocery store and gelato close by as well as metro station and bus stops all around 5min walk. Honestly it’s the best located apartment for a holiday. I stayed for 10 days and have nothing negative to say. The owner Gianni is very kind and provides great restaurant recommendations and also offers walking tours. I’d highly recommend a walking tour with Giannii. He customises the experience for you and costs a fraction of what tour companies charge for a private guide. He’s also very responsive if you have any questions about the property. Well equipped, safe, homely and quiet apartment with great amenities. Very close to the A metro and walking distance from the main train line which made moving around Rome and side trips to other cities a breeze. Host was very friendly, helpful and customer service oriented and even dropped us off to the airport at the end of stay.

The entire experience was great. Highly recommended.

從羅馬火車站拉著行李走來約10～15分鐘，附近2～5分鐘距離內有地鐵A線、超市Conad，羅馬競技場步行15分鐘，所在位置十分便捷。房東非常熱忱，仔細介紹住宿附近飲食與各項設備的使用方法，讓人很快了解操作方式。民宿內各項設施齊全充分，冰箱、洗烘衣機、咖啡機、微波爐、瓦斯爐、多種廚具餐具、衛生紙、餐巾紙，應有盡有，甚至還有急救箱，實在很貼心。老式電梯雖小但很夠用，正逢羅馬高溫時期，住宿內的冷氣非常舒適，極為推薦此住宿！

住得都很好

Gianni.our host really made our stay very special. He was waiting at our planned arrival time. The appartment was in a very old building with a vintage elevator, which lead to the great accommodation. The bedroom was big enough with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was on the small size but more than adequate to make breakfast or a simple meal. The lounge/dining room was big enough to chill, eat and store our suitcases. The appartment air conditioning was very much appreciated and was so rewarding on entering after a full day out in the city. We also undertook a tour of Rome with our host who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It only cost 40 Euros each and went beyond the planned four hours. During the tour we stopped three times for coffee, lunch and afternoon drinks. Our Host did an outstanding job and we highly reconmended you bolt on this extra. Finally, we paid extra for the host to drop us at the airport. This was worth every penny and Gianni unsurprisingly made this final journey very enjoyable and informative.
