The location was amazing and no stairs!
There were no fresh sheets for the pull out bed and we were minus a set of towels. We booked the room for 5 people and only had a set up for 4. It took a day and a half to get the other set of towels and sheets. Considering my husband and I were sharing a bath towel and a hand towel, they could have given us 2 fresh sets of towels instead of just one. They did in the end give us our cleaning fee back for our inconvenience. The floors could use a good wash too.

L emplacement idéal
Peu de confort dans l appartement et odeur désagréable de renfermé

The location near the Pantheon was excellent. All communication was prompt and efficient, especially in replacing the electric kettle. Instructions left were clear and helpful - even supplied touring books and maps.
Perhaps investigation into the ventilation of the building is necessary. Room deodorisation provided was somewhat overbearing. Dampness maybe the issue.

Within walking distance of all major points of interest. Restaurants and food stores close by.
Extremely convenient.
Located in a narrow and dirty alley.
I was sleeping in a sofa bed and both the bedding and towels smelled.
