1. The lady receptionist was very nice, initially i was disappointed that i was taken to a room that i hadn't seen in the pictures....she was nice enough to relocate me to a better room and that completely changed my mind about the place She was really the hero in all this, thank you so much (i didn't get her name, but brown lady at reception) 2. The wifi was also very decent in the room she took us to. 3. I had gotten a "secret deal" offer which was great because i paid good price for nice place 4. they have nice events....we attend a "buffet" where they offered transport to and fro to the other pilipili where the event was happening. The food was really good there 5. They have maintenance guys on site so incase something is off, like shower not working...they will respond quickly

At pilipili Oasis, during dinner event...the manager there was unprofessional: He asked us on exit,if we had paid and how much we had paid Instead of simply inquiring from the waitress who served us, found that strange. 2. The shower heater didn't work for us even after they tried to fix but it was okay to use cold shower as its hot environment anyway

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und die direkte Strandlage ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Personal ist freundlich, obwohl sie häufig versuchen, zusätzliche Veranstaltungen anzubieten.

Für den Preis war das zu erwarten: Nach nur zwei Tagen sind wir frustriert abgereist, ohne uns auf Diskussionen einzulassen, um eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Wenn man billig übernachten möchte, könnte man dieses Hotel in Betracht ziehen. Doch die Zimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Ein leichter feuchter Zug durchzieht sie, und die Klimaanlage hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Alles ist alt; die Duschbrause funktioniert nur noch halbwegs, weil das Wasser nicht mehr aus dem Brausekopf, sondern seitlich herauskommt (verstopft). Überall liegt Sand, sodass wir das Hotelzimmer nur mit Schuhen betreten konnten. Außerdem wird man um 6 Uhr morgens von einem Hahn geweckt, da die Lüftungslöcher in den Zimmern nicht vollständig abgedichtet sind und Geräusche von außen durchdringen. Es lohnt sich wirklich nicht, Geld zu sparen, denn am Ende zahlt man doppelt, wenn man ein anderes Hotel bucht.

L’état de la chambre, sensation d’humidité, bruit de la climatisation de la chambre voisine. Non respect de l’utilisation d’une soit disant piscine privée, qui au final était également utilisée par les autres résidents de l’hôtel… bref peu de considération pour les clients.

Pili pili Uhuru is a beautiful place located right near the beach. We were only here for one night but loved the luxurious feeling the place offers. Amazing buffet breakfast with so many options! Staff is very young, but very kind! Rooms were pretty clean. It is amazing that you can just walk right to the beach in a few steps.

The room had a bit of a weird smell to it & the floor was pretty sandy. However this didnt bother us as it literally felt like we lived on the beach! Also, the water of the se at this spot is very far away a big part of the day. Quite a lot of beachboys & local people intruding your private space, however you learn to deal with this!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, kleinere Anlage mit toller Strand-Atmosphäre (front row). Schöner Pool, nette Menschen, alle sehr hilfsbereit. Netter, einfacher Bungalow, mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht.

Das Bett war sehr kurz, Klima-Anlage und Kühlschrank haben leider nicht funktioniert, aber Fan war auch o.k. Wir hatten Zimmer 103, und der Generator steht direkt hinterm Zimmer - tagsüber vernachlässigbar, aber wenn der Strom ausfällt, ist es laut. Da muss man locker bleiben. Insgesamt passt Preis-Leistung zusammen und uns hat's gefallen.
