2 Friends Beach Hotel

The airport pick-up was included in our room, which was great. We opted for the cheaper room, for us, or was absolutely fine. It was large, and the bathroom was huge. It had all the facilities described and was comfortable and clean. The pool is tiny but lovely, and all you need to cool down.. There are sufficient sun beds and chairs for guests. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good too with eggs on order. There was water, tea, and coffee available all day, too. The location is really good, just across the road is Lake Victoria, and 10 minutes walk up the road is the Mall for the ATM and SiM shop. We also walked to the Botanical Gardens, which are another 5 minutes past the Mall. We ate really good food at the affiliated restaurant in the lakeside each night. We felt very safe in this district. We would definitely return to this hotel when in Entebbe.

Nothing to dislike

A one night stay ahead of a gorilla safari. The hotel staff met us at the airport as arranged. For our purpose the hotel did a good enough job.

It was relatively basic, no air con but fans provided that were quite loud.

- Lovely location on the shore of Lake Victoria. - Spacious and very comfortable room. (The bed was super comfortable) - The room had a nice veranda overlooking the pool. - Breakfast included. All meals we had during our stay were delicious. - WiFi was very good. - Staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

- Nothing. Everything was great.

I had a good time here. Stayed at the start and end of my holiday in Uganda. The room was large, breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Staff were kind and helpful. Bed was comfy The WiFi worked well for Uganda standards. The morning is lovely with monkeys and birds. It's relatively peaceful.

The pool is not for swimming and you can't really get in it, but it's nice to sit around. It's quite expensive for what you get there.
