no one at reception, bed was uncomfortable, no water provided, private plunge pool and shared pool were very dirty, safe deposit box was broken, no breakfast.

The staff here made our trip, my 2 young boys had a blast playing and talking to them at the bar on the beach. Having breakfast on the beach was amazing such a beautiful beach clear waters with white sand. Sunsets were lovely to watch. Horses out front in the late arvo if youd like a ride. The snorkelling out front with turtles and lots of fish not a far swim and at low tide u can explore and find star fish among other things. This place has been the highlight of our month long trip to Bali and the surrounding areas.

Well, the hotel must have better times few years back. It's petty run down now. Some examples: - reception not staffed most of the time - premises not maintained well - staff not responsive - food overpriced and quality wise way below average - aircon in one bedroom not cooling well. Was not fixed - power outage from 2am to 6am etc...

The staff was amazing and I love them all so much! super friendly and helpful during our whole stay. The pool was great, and location was good to watch sunsets

The pool needed more cleaning, and the spa was not up and running while we were there. Location was abit far from the centre but we hired bikes which make it easier to get around

I stayed at Mala Garden for two days. Loved the location, the serenity, access to the beach, and view of the sunset from the property. Even the staff is super helpful, warm and friendly.

The pool was dirty. People jump into the pool after bathing in the sea, so the water is brackish, salty and dirty. Pool needs cleaning. Also, this western side of Gili T is not good if you're looking to party in Gili T.

The Villa was dirty, there's rat droppings on the floor and on the top of the lamps. The swimming pool also dirty.

Friendly staff willing to assist and accommodate our needs.

Location is far away from the central but easy to reach because the resort is right in front of the beach. Staff was really really helpfull and friendly. Room was clean, AC and waterheater work well.
