Rien

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and I honestly cannot thank Daniel enough for everything he did for us. The apartment itself is beautiful, extremely clean, warm, comfortable, and very well equipped. The decoration is lovely, the kitchen has everything you could need, the bathroom is excellent, and both bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The beds were great, everything worked perfectly, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Daniel’s kindness and hospitality. Originally, I had booked the accommodation for just one person because, although we were traveling as a group of three, the other two people had booked a different place to stay. Unfortunately, on the very day we were traveling to Brussels, their reservation was suddenly cancelled. It was a very stressful situation, especially because everything happened at the last minute. I immediately contacted Daniel and explained what had happened, asking if there was any possibility for him to accommodate the other two people as well. Daniel was absolutely amazing. He made several last-minute arrangements and changes to make it possible for all three of us to stay. He found a solution for us and welcomed everyone with such kindness and patience. We were incredibly relieved and grateful. And his hospitality didn’t stop there. He welcomed us even though we arrived late at night, made sure we had everything we needed, and even arranged a taxi for us the following morning so we could continue our journey without any problems. It is rare to find a host who is this genuinely kind, thoughtful, attentive, and willing to help. Daniel went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a host, and he turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a wonderful one. The beautiful apartment, excellent facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and location would already be enough

Daniel warmly welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, including plenty of useful local information. The room was spotless and well appointed, the shower was powerful, and the views across Brussels were unparalleled. The location by the canal is picturesque and convenient. We arrived by Eurostar and Daniel advised on our Metro options. In spite of a stressful and delayed journey (in the UK.....the Eurostar was first class), Daniel was reassuring and accommodating, putting us at ease. The tower is a pleasant stroll from the centre, and there are convenience stores nearby. I would recommend to friends and family, without hesitation.

Nothing.

La gentillesse de notre hôte, encore merci à lui pour ses bons conseils. La vue imprenable sur la ville au réveil et la proximité de la grande place. Tout était parfait, jusqu'au parking où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture en sécurité.
