The reception girl is very friendly person ,breakfast are good ,location is perfect . Seems on booking is cheaper than at reception.

the location was great— that is the only redeeming quality.
Staff was OK. but the last day we had to leave early because one of our children was sick, the manager was kind to refund our last night and also allowed us to leave our luggage there until our return to Kampala after a few days. That kind gesture bumped the rating up one more notch.
we want to acknowledge the fact that the manager did a good thing for us in the end.
breakfast service was slow. one day we asked for breakfast to be ready at 7:30 but we didn’t get. no one prepared breakfast on time for us before we had to leave.l for our appointment.
power was unavailable for at least a day. the room was hot and because of no power we had no internet either.
but even when there was power internet was very bad for most days. couldn’t do any work on my laptop.

I was charged for a day I didn't stay. I arrived on 1st not 30th as previously booked.

The breakfast was good and the place was very clean. I liked the location of the hotel in relation to the shopping mall and roads.
The TV was just showing one channel, you couldn't change. The shower had little water making it not so good.

One ground level room was very hot all night, despite the fan. Only do laundry service if you have enough time for your clothes to hang dry.

I checked in at 8.30pm I was asked to pay in UGx at 8.30pm , the facility doesn’t have a pdq to pay instantly! I was off for a meeting at 4am and the security was told not to open for me because I hadn’t paid for the night yet my luggage was there.
This comes after I explained and explained again to the receptionist that I don’t have cash in ugx

The breakfast was nice. It normally ends at 10 am but the staff were kind enough to wait for me.
The location also being right across Acacia Mall makes it very easy to access.
On the different visits, I was once put in a room that seemed to have been unused for a while so it was moldy and smelled quite strange that I had to ask for it to be sprayed before use.
The other rooms I have used are generally good.

I liked the location and the staff were very helpful. They went over and above to even order for me my requested meal for supper so I arrived from work to find it arrived and was ready.
Some rooms but not all are dated, but some rooms have been maintained, it seems they are doing the renovations one room at a time.

Very nice place to stay.
Faith, the young lady at the reception, is a young and super friendly lady who will do everything for you to feel comfortable. Very competent and professional.
The breakfast is basic, but you get everything you need...
