As soon as we arrived the view was WOW. Walking our luggage from car park wasn’t as difficult as I had anticipated. Well presented and clean. Comfortable beds and the shower was a treat, with colourful lights and streaming water. It was cool!! Other than the amazing view the location was perfect. Places to eat nearby.

Property location was so amazing! Easy to get to from parking garage and right in the heart of the Sassi! View was spectacular and apartment had all necessities.

Great location and great view from the bedroom balcony
The management company is not maintaining the apartment well. When we arrived, at least 1 of 2 mini-split AC units was working fine. But the mgmt company had previously scheduled an AC repairman to work on the AC units. Work started while we were in the unit. We were promised that at least 1 of 2 units would remain functional. But the repairman ended up disabling both units for some unknown reason. This is during near 40 deg C weather! After complaining, the mgmt company did credit us back a portion of our rental fee.
But other items in the unit were non functional - including the sleeper sofa in the living room and the main burner on the stove-top. There are plenty of other, smaller items in need of maintenance too,
