This apartment in a comfortable place in Liman. All is close: Supermarkets, Caffeterias, Restaurants, The main street, The park etc.
You better choose anything else if you come early before the summer season since the cost is quite hight but the swimming pool and the hotel bar are not working. You feel you need to go somewhere else every time.
The bed this time was not so comfortable. I felt my back was not rested good after a night.
I didn't understand how to switch on the cold air - there was only very warm...

During our stay, my partner and I found the staff overall friendly. The location was good, we were walking distance to the main street.
The room we stayed in wasn't up to standard, an uncomfortable bed and pretty sure the sheet hasn't been changed or washed when we arrived and unfortunately their cleaners don't come in until every 3rd day of our stay.
Had to keep calling and asking for essentials such as toilet tissue rolls, coffee sachets and sugar etc.
The lighting in the room was everywhere and we had a power cut after a long day out and had to wait for a while for someone to switch it back on.
No long mirrors to help get ready.
No clean towels, bed sheets and pillows.
The swimming pool area is all closed so we could not experience that. Their indoor swimming pool and spa was located in a weird place, in the car park.. the swimming pool was meant to be heated but it was freezing! Their jacuzzi and steam room was broken so we only had access to the pool and sauna. They had their own treatment going which was the hamam and the lady came inside the sauna room asking to come have hamam done so I went but in the middle of the treatment, the front desk guy asked for payment from my husband for the treatment. This was very misleading and an unprofessional way to us customers. The front desk guy came inside whilst I was getting my haman treatment done and half naked, showing no sign of respect! Barging in asking my massage lady if she told us the price beforehand I'm assuming because I couldn't understand the language. My partner was furious by this behavior and an unethical way of running a business. I left this place feeling violated.

Lovely location in konyaalti. Near to the beach. About 25min journey to antalya, 1hr away from land of legends. Buses near by. Supermarkets close by.
There was slight damp smell in our apartment from the leaking washing machine

easy access to city centre. staff was nice and helpful.
There was no full size mirror in the room. Only mirror was in the entrance of the room and it was in a dark space so it was really hard to get ready using that mirror. Bathroom wasn’t clean enough also hair conditioner was previously used and very old. Overall it was good price and in a nice spot if you are not planning to spend your whole time in a hotel.

The swimming pool, as the area is in the sun most of the day. The location of this hotel is very good. Corner shop and food markets 5-minute walking distance. There is also a fruit market/car boot every Tuesday (at the bottom of the road) from 6am-6pm and they sell street food here. This is my third time at this hotel, so something keeps pulling me back but the last time at this hotel, the beds were very uncomfortable and so my next trip to Antalya will have to be somewhere else.
The room decor is falling apart and a lot of things in my room and around the hotel need updating. I didn't like that our room had a physical key to open the door and not a card, having a key means you either lock someone in or you can't go out alone. The cleaning at this hotel is also a problem for me, we stayed here for two weeks and the room only got cleaned three times. We had to chase the cleaners around and get fresh towels, a little annoying. Also, the sunbeds were not cleaned regularly enough for my liking. The beds are lumpy and new upgrading.

Hotel was very opulent. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful
Should have provided utensils and cups etc in the kitchen... this was a major let down

Nothing at all, horrible staff, service and accommodation, don't waste your time, all fake reviews or old.
Terrible welcome, apartment full of ants, molds, fungus with no service at all, they came to clean apartment after 5 days of our stay, internet didn't work on tv so all channels in turkish language, normal internet disconnects every few seconds, reception is horrible, don't speak english and forced me to pay them cash so they don't pay commission to booking.com, it is a desserted place, nobody maintains anything, so dirty and filthy place, pool is full of fungus and mold and wrappers, cigarettes everywhere in and outside the pool, i have never seen anyone even try to clean the chairs or anything, the dust and dirt piles up everywhere, i am 100% sure there is no filteration system in the pool, its disgusting, the worst property ever, cafe has horrible staff and food, staff always smoking next to pool and food is bland and hard, nobody speaks english, nobody is willing to help, we checked in late at night so i asked the guy to help with bags he said no do it yourself, when we checked out i asked the guy he said no sorry and even taxi guy didn't help, everyone is so rude and clueless, its an abandoned apartment, don't be fooled by pictures they were taken when his building was made after that there was zero maintenance or service, don't be conned and avoid this property at all costs, at checkout they blamed that we didn't give them keys and the reception guy forced the taxi driver to take deposit from me or he will call the police, full of rubbish.
