Location. Easy walk to beaches & old town Nessebar. Owners helpful allowed parking in their own private space.
Worried no smoke alarms in building & no fire exits except main stairs. We were on 3rd floor.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was cleaned every day. We had a problem with the door handle that was fixed straight away. Very central location, close to shops, the beach and the old town.
Everything was rather basic and gave the air of being old and neglected. The only thing that really bothered me was that our bathroom was outside the room (private not shared) and we weren't informed in advance. Also there was no parking, we had to use a paid one. Again, it would have been good to know in advance.
