I liked that the owner had a greeting sign up and was waiting for me. The accommodation was really excellent. You had a living room, bedroom, separate bathroom and a small kitchen, amazing. The host were always on hand to help with all kinds of suggestions, from food to beach to organizing a Tuk Tuk to the airport.

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s absolutely spotless clean, quiet, serene and just everything you’d need to to relax. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a 7-eleven and mini big c for necessities. The beach is not crowded and it’s beautiful but the waves are a bit much for a small child (the pool at Orchidilla makes up for that). If you’re looking for a place to just enjoy your vacation without thousands of tourists, this is it. Would rate it higher of I could.

we absolutely loved staying here with Ohm & Dirk, on their beautiful property. we found the property to be immaculately clean, had everything we needed, the grounds were tranquil and inviting, we enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the close walk to the beach at approximately 10 minutes, the walk to local little shops including 7-Eleven. They were local restaurants we could walk to. This is a very small village and we got to experience real Thai life here. There are market stars in the street. There are chickens and dogs close by. We absolutely loved the nature and being able to experience the none touristy side of Phuket.
there was nothing not to like. This is definitely a little bit of a remote location which suited us perfectly. The beach was the first and main reason we chose this property because we were looking for a long long beach where we could walk. The beaches that we found in the more touristy areas were very small. We absolutely loved the choice that we made to stay here!

The owners were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean. It's close to the beach and in a quiet area.
We found the check-in a little overwhelming with the amount of information given to us. I would have given the place a 10, but little things were missing for me such as a continuous supply of drinking water, basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper) and basic kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, washing up liquid, tea towel)... all things which can be supplied at little extra cost but at a high level of convenience for the guest.

Excellent couple that runs this little gem. Helped with buying grocery so our fridges were full of great fruit when we arrived.

Beautiful rural area the Vilas are situated in, close to the beach. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The owners Dirk and Ohm were wonderful and very helpful in managing our stay. Great value for the price.
If you are looking for a more big city area this isn't the area for you.

The hosts are very nice people, they are clearly very proud of the place as it shows in how well it is all maintained. Orchidillas grounds and building are kept immaculately clean. The beds are very comfy and it is very peaceful, easy to sleep well. The area is very quiet as it is set back from the road and away from any thing that could be noisy which allows it to be easy to enjoy and relax in the tastefully designed garden and pool. Everything you could need is in quick and easy walking distance and is 15mins walk from the beach.
The surrounding area is a little dirty.
As they are self catering units, you do need to be prepared as nothing like cooking oil or salt supplied.
