great location, good value for money

near the main road

you have to be in real good condition since it is on the top of the hill and no breakfast no Lunch and no dinner. A lot of staire to go up and down with back , leg or foot problems.

The location is great with beautiful sea views and only a short walk to the beach, major restaurants and supermarkets. The room is very spacious and well appointed, and the swimming pool area was fantastic area to chill and enjoy the views. Mina is a brilliant host and went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one.

Very modern, very clean, great view, close to the village center, close to the beach. Plus it has a swimming pool and sunbeds with a spectacular view across the sea.

Very clean. Nice terracedeck. Situated next to the village where you can enjoy the citybeach, bars and restaurants.

When there are families in the rooms next to you there are not enough chairs to sit on the terrace at the pool. WiFi is not working in the room.

For the price you would expect more. No wine glasses, owner (who lives above) was drinking/noising on the Saturday night. I made the mistake and thought breakfast was included. My mistake. When I enquired, the women replied “if you don’t like it, you can leave”. Like many other reviews, she was rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, great location, however there is no shortage of great views in the area.

boutique style, very well finished with everything you might need, aircon was good and using the electric blinds worked well for dark & quiet. Bed very soft & comfortable and shower has many options. Full size fridge and oven so easy to cater if you want too. sundowners on your own patio or up by the pool and easy to walk down to the village via lanes & snickets.

liked everything, maybe some road noise at times but it’s super convenient for the village & dropping the blinds at night cuts it all out.

The location is everything...walking distance to a small beach (that is very crouded), but also to Milos beach, markets and restaurants. The view is superb. The suites are small, but have everything one could want for.

Nothing really, everything was very very good. An added plus would be however if they offered breakfast.

The view from all the rooms and pool/sun terrace is amazing. Our studio was clean, had a comfy bed and a good bathroom. It's a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped enough so we could prepare our own breakfast and cook simple meals.

I liked everything. Perhaps a few more kitchen equipment items, such as a chopping board, sharp knives and a extra saucepan would make this accommodation perfect for self catering.

The view from the pool is absolutely amazing, the location is great. Daily cleaning service. Very flexible hours for check in and check out.

The Wifi wasnt working in the room, neither was the TV. Kitchen equipment was very limited (e.g. no bowls, cutting knives, couldn't use the oven because the electricity shut down every time). The room was a bit dirty when we arrived.

Staff were super friendly

The property is in a great location to stay in Agios Nikitas, the view from the terrace and the pool is unbelievable and there is a short side passage to the main bit of the town with restaurants and supermarkets. The studio was super clean with a modern strong shower, we liked everything about it.

The Ionian View was exceptional in every way. A small group of four studio apartment rooms, we were lucky to have the deluxe room. The view is stunning - so much so it can be hard to leave the property to explore the surrounding area!! However, the comfort and facilities are also second to none. Comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen facilities, an incredible feast of a breakfast delivered to your door each morning, great WiFi, an extraordinary selection of tv channels, roller shutters for perfect darkness at night, an awning for shade or shelter if required. The pool and deck area was comfortable and relaxing. Mina and her family are also wonderful hosts, kind and generous, and made our first travel of the post-Covid era one of absolutely pleasure.

The location was good. Breakfast good and big but not considering if guests are vegetarian.

The room was smaller than expected, the bathroom a bit uncomfortable.

Very well furnished apartment with great view and terrace. Very clean. The breakfast was great and Mina is great host.
