Great location and affordable single room with aircon.

What I liked
The location is perfect. There’s no need to cook because there’s plenty of cheap, healthy Thai street food right outside, including fruits and mixed vegetables. You can easily get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s also a 7-Eleven and KFC nearby. Bigger malls and shopping centres like Fortune Town and Rama 9 are within walking distance from the guesthouse.
The lady cleans the whole building every morning. She doesn’t speak much English, but it’s enough to get any assistance you need.
I would definitely stay here again.
What I didn’t like
You can hear people talking in the other rooms because the walls are made up of ceiling. That was the only downside for me, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Owner is too kind human being
The owner of the hotel is a very kind-hearted person and the hotel is very great, but in the management of the hotel, a respectable woman named Bo Something is only human. She took away the gas in the kitchen to use. Now we are having a lot of trouble. Sometimes we make breakfast with it. I don't know what was the problem with her taking it away. She says that this gas is mine. That Something. But when we were booking the hotel, all the kitchen facilities were available in the hotel. She took it away. So they say that you will pay 100 bht a day.
