Beautiful property in the nicest village in Umbria! We loved the location and the house. So nice to be able to sit outside around the table and also to have the swimming pool. The owners were so nice and helpful with everything too. Loved it.

Property was really well located just a short walk to the centre of town. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and the pool/spa both well used by us during our stay. Spello itself is a gem, full of decent restaurants, boutique shops and cafes.

The villa is in a great central location . Easy walking to restaurants and shops in Spello . The villa has everything ,it’s like a beautiful oasis in the centre of town . Great swimming pool ,hot tub and sauna . Great comfy beds too . Good to have a car in this area so you can explore Umbria . Andrea was a great host ,nothing was to much trouble
The only negative and it would t stop me staying at the villa again were the sun loungers.
They weren’t the comfiest . No other complaints
