Blue Lagune

Close to the bus stop for airport and cable car and walkable to the old town. Our hostess was very helpful and allowed us to leave luggage before checking. The view down into Dubrovnik was lovely a few stairs up to the apartment and down to the city, but not an issue for us.

Very small bed

Lovely little room with a beautiful view of old town Dubrovnik to wake up to. Well-located close to one of the gates just a few minutes trot down the steps. Very quiet too. Also, it was very close to the cable car / Airport Shuttle Bus pick up point (couple of minutes walk only). Incredibly handy for my departure/return flight the following day. Great to be able to leave my small bags at the building until I had to catch the shuttle. Run by a very nice couple.

Not keen on plastic undersheets on the bed, though I was so tired from all the walking around I slept very soundly!

We stayed here for one night. We really liked the location as it wasn't inside old town (which we thought would be really noisy and cramped) but was close enough to walk in easily and had an amazing view of the harbour. The location is also very convenient for the airport shuttle bus stop. The hosts were really friendly and communicated with us beforehand and were there to meet us and give advice on the area. The room itself has everything you need, air con, good wifi, a kettle and fridge and hot water. Everything seemed very clean. Slept really well. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs to look at the old town from.

The room is quite small. The price felt really high for the space - but I think this is a common sentiment for everything in Dubrovnik especially around the old town. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, maybe from the drain. Didn't affect the rest of the room when the door was closed. Not a problem for us but you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter, no road access.
