Lovely large apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea , great location , close to beaches and restaurants. Very good communication with the host Francesco who gave us great recommendations.

Appartement très pratique et bien équipé. Francesco, l’hôte, est incroyable ! La communication était parfaite du début à la fin. Il nous a donné de super recommandations de restaurants et d’activités, et nous avons même fini par nous retrouver pour monter l’Etna à la nuit tombée afin de voir l’éruption de nuit ! Un grand merci à lui, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

Rien tout était parfait

We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment! The host, Francesco, does a fantastic job making sure his guests have a lovely stay. His recommendations of local spots and experiences were spot on, and he was always available when we needed a little help. If you're looking for an apartment with a nice sea view in Naxos, look no further: this is definitely the best one.

The flat is equipped with all you could wish for during your stay (including washing machine, beach mats, umbrella, water shoes…). The owners definitely thought about what you will need! It is perfectly located if you are looking for short distances to the beach, nice restaurants and cafes and a supermarket. It is a bit away from the touristic center of Giardini Naxos which we really liked. There is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment, but there are parking spots in front of the building in the blue area (parking fee required). We visited the area during off-season and had no problems finding a spot, might be tricky during summer (but that‘s true for the whole town). But overall we really really enjoyed our stay here! The view towards the sea is priceless, and having not only one but 2 balconies is definitely a great feature of the apartment. Francesco (the owner) was extremely helpful and provided a lot of great recommendations for the area. We would definitely come back here 🙂

If you‘re sensitive to noise you should know that there are train rails on one side of the building and there is traffic at some times of the day on the other side. I was not disturbed by that, my husband sometimes got awake during the night.
