Location was the best, I loved being able to walk to the beach in 6 minutes. Supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes etc. I also loved my daily 45 minutes walk to Old Town as the road was flat and populated (they have a cycling lane too) - so for me this was perfect :)
Host was really kind and let me store my luggage after check out.

I was able to check in early. The beddings were clean so was the room.
There is no actual sound proofing, the entry to the room is right of the coridor and you can hear every noise. (If there is a crying baby next door you will not be able to rest)
The villa is located off a very busy avenue and again a lot of trafic noise.
Both entry door to the room and bathroom door were in a pretty poor condition so was the sink’s vanity. The bed and couch covers and a fabric patted chair had cigarette burns.
The furniture had a unpleasant odor to it (old, moist, even moldy)
The bathroom was very small.

"Buona posizione prossima alle spiagge di Costanza. A pochi minuti di auto c'è Mamaia e a qualcuno in più il centro di Costanza."
