The host was extremely friendly, and did an extensive tour of the apartment and the parking garage. She also had some great recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. The place was clean and spacious. The location was close to the city center, it was even walkable (15 min.)

It was difficult to find the apartment but the hostess found me looking for it.

Very clean, lots of natural light, across the street from a coffee shop and small market, and the hosts where very helpful / responsive and the kitchen was very well equipped.. extra plus there was a washer for washing clothes.

The apartment is located on a road that is rather busy so it was a little loud at night (esp when I leave the window open. because it is hot).. they were also doing construction on a near by building and that was rather loud at night... it's a 20 min walk to the center and I didn't have a car. I suggest having rental car to stay at this location.. would have been easier.

Clean apartment (really cozy), near all city attractions, near big shopping centre for shopping. A free parking space in the undergroung parking was really covenient.

Many problems with the place: 1. It was very hot, and no air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable 2. The building was undergoing maintenance which we were told only when we got there. That meant noise, workers at our bedroom window every morning, and that the window was very unsafe, and it was very easy to fall out of (thank God we weren't with kids) 3. You couldn't turn on more than 2 stoves together or turn on the oven with them, which made cooking harder. In general was very dark, not enough electricity sockets, low quality toiletry. The host offered us to leave, but as we were already there we didn't want to - but if we would have known in advance we would not have booked.

Apartment is very specious (5-6 people will feel very comfortable) , equipped with literally everything you may need: from the washing machine, cutlery, pots, tv with Netflix etc. to the iron, first aid kit, seasonings... I bet some of the equipment you don't even have at home. The apartment is super clean too. It also has a parking lot in the underground garage, big advantage if you rent a car. Additional word about the host: Ana let us check in at midnight, it wasn't an issue to her at all, and even though it was late she welcomed us with a smile, showing us all we needed to see/know. Again, Ana big THANK YOU!

Are you kidding me? The apartment was just terrific! No cons.

Large and well equipped apartment. Nice view from the windows. Friendly and easy communicating host. Very comfort pillows. Strong wi-fi. Private parking inside the garage or enough places outside on the street. Perfect location: almost central but on the broad and really quiet street with enough place for parking (Rua Dr. Hugo Moreira). Just a few steps on foot to downtown, Solmar supermarket, ananas plantation.

Kitchen cupboards stink of mold
