The room was lovely, perfect size, very clean and good facilities including kettle, hairdresser, information book. Milk and bottled water also provided. There was a modern shower room and bed was comfortable. Keyless access to the room and hotel which was great as there was no worrying about where our key was. Ideal location being only a 10min walk into the town centre, shops and restaurants. The hotel is attached to a pub but you didn't have to walk through pub to access your room. Nice beer garden to. The manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable room in a lovely small pub - the bar was full in the evenings with a packed schedule of quiz nights and live music, but we never heard the noise upstairs. Super friendly staff, very dog friendly.
No food served at the bar - but plenty of places nearby.

Location, the pub, staff.
It was unbearably hot in the room. This made it impossible to sleep. There were two very small and un useful fans.
