The price of the apartment was really good in combination with an offer.

Well equiped apartment close to the sea, suitable for families with children. Location is absolutely perfect. There are trees and no direct sun whole day. Parking is right in front of the house. Price was more than fair.

A bit uncomfortable bed in kitchen area and a few spider webs in rooms corners, but it is nothing important, to be honest.

Very nice and quite place. In vilage is sand beach for children. Every day you can explore the island, or you just relaxing in you apartman. Ideal place for small children. The owners was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Communication with the host was perfect and the guy him self was nice and willing to help.

One of 2 bedrooms do not have window. Our terrace was in a very close distance (2 meters) from car park place. We chose ground floor apartment, but we did not expect car park place view. Beach was too small and by other reviews that beach was reported to be perfect for small children, but no one mentioned that there were so many stairs to get to the beach, so I can not imagine how one can approach the beach with a baby stroller.

Great place especially for families with kids or if you'd like to spend vacation in quite area. Nice, helpful owners, beautiful beach with sand which is exceptional in Croatia. You can feel that people are comming back to this place. Friendly atmosphere, kids having fun in the evenings, running all over the village. Apartament and kitchen has everything you need to spend good quality time without worrying about anything. If not owners will help you right away. I'm sure that we did not explore all near places that are worth to see but we sure will consider Vila Catic as a place to visit next year ;-) Sending good vibes to all ...

We have no recommendation for Vila Catic itself. It was an excellent choice.

Potočnica is a great place for little kids because of the sandy beaches and very low water. Kenan and his family were very nice and attentative hosts. We got cold beer and the kids cold drinks on arrival which was very pleasant in the hot weather and after long journey and a bottle of wine when we were leaving. The apartment is large, well-equiped and close to both beaches. We definitely hope to come back and I can only recommend this place for families with kids.
