The accommodation was very clean and well-organized.

Good location. Clean and functional.
A little confused why the place wanted to cancel our booking day after we booked. And never get reply and explanation about our request for clarification of the cancellation. We consider the issue is a scam. But it doesn’t affect our stay as booked.

The host was very helpful and kind. Didn't make any problem with 4am check-in. The room was specious with separate entrance on the ground floor. The area is very quiet and close enough to the city centre (around 20 min walk). I highly recommend this place for staying in Yerevan.

Nice staff good location big room hot water and good wifi
It's not a hotel per se, it's a guest house bad and breakfast. I would have paid the same price for a bed and breakfast in the UK, in Armenia this should have been the half. It's not a hotel so it should not be called so.
