The host was very welcoming, kind and informative. He helped us very much to reach the destination as the apartment location might be a bit challenging when getting there for the first time.
The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Located a bit far from the Zadar's centre, nevertheless if you travel by car it should not seem a big problem.

Beautiful view from the balcony, big parking lot, bakery, shops in the near.

A very nice place, spacious, clean and close to the beach, perfect for a group of 4, The host, Miro, is very welcoming. He picked us up from the airport and also provided us with a map and gave us good advice on how to get to the old town and what the main attractions are. I strongly recommend the location and if I have the opportunity to return to Zadar I would choose the same accommodation.

Apartment is spacious and consists of 2 big badrooms, very well equiped kitchen and a leasiure room. AC works well, an you will surerly find all the amnesties you might need - microwave, oven, iron etc. Overall the apartment looks rather clean. Private parking is also an advantage.
This apartment is a part of a big house (there are 6 apartements in total there), very close to road (luckily the road isn't busy, so you shouldn't be hearing any noises at night). It's located around 1 km from the Beach Borik, so you can easily walk them (or ride - there is a big free parking). If you plan to visit centre of Zadar, you'll need to use your own car or Uber - it's over 3.5km to the centre, so not close.
the bathroom would probably use some small improvements - showe doesn't close easily and generally looks quite old. I also didn't like the lamps in all rooms - they are of the "hospital style", this big fluorescent lamps.. Thanks to them there is very bright in the rooms but also not that cosy. Not a big disadantage though :)

Very kind host, spacious apartment, veeeery big terrace. I highly recommend this place.
I guess some elements (terrace window, curtains) should be refreshed.

Big open kitchen/living space.
Beds weren't the most comfortable. No aircon in the bedrooms (it was boiling hot). Shower door was broken.

The appartment is cosy and comfortable. It is suitable for family or smaller group of friends. The flat is private and locals are really friendly.
Accomldation is located lettle bit far from center of the city, but easily reachable by taxi or bus. The comunicaton with the host is sometimes not so easy because of language barrier.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The host was helpful with all the required directions to explore the city.

The location is good and quiet, and the apart was spacious
The cleaning was very poor: the floor, walls and windows were quite dirty. The boiler was very small and we were not able to take two hot showers in a row. The bed could be more comfort able.

Everything was great, we loved staying here, the apartment had everything we needed, and Miro- the host, is a great guy, he gave us great tips to find amazing beaches, gived us suggestions to find free parking in Zadar, and helped us with everyting we needed.

Our stay was amazing. Very cozy apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. The owner Miro welcomed us with a gift - fish and drinks and was always available. I recommend the place 100% and I would be happy to visit it again.

Amazing location only 10 min away on foot to Borik Beach. Amenities i.e. kettle, microwave, kitchen stove and oven definitely a big plus, complimentary drinks etc. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful!!
