Bato was a wonderful host. Very friendly, welcoming, and recommended an amazing restaurant for us to eat in town.
The place itself is idyllic, honestly. It's a wooden cabin on a hill, a 5-min drive away from the town of Zabljak but also in an entirely peaceful and quiet area with zero noise and a view of the mountains from the windows. There is a sauna (extra charge), we used it and had no issues.
The house feels welcoming and so cozy. It was one of the two best places we picked to stay in, out of several hotels and apartments.
Our group liked everything. A minor hiccup is that the house / village is on a steep hill, and it can be spooky to drive up in the dark as there are zero streetlights. We didn't have any real issues though.

Great location, very serene & calm. East West facing windows. You get the sun when you want. The host was very responsive and suggested some great places to visit around Durmitor.
Nothing to dislike here. A dishwasher would have been nice to have. But it was still fun to do the chores with kids.

Chatka trochu starsia, ale pekne zariadena, cista a utulna. Krasna nova sauna.

"Lovely chalet with beautiful views of the meadows and mountains. Great outdoor space in front of the property, sauna, upstairs balcony. Comfortable bed and sofa. Coffee machine and cooking facilities...."
