Everything. The bed, the view, the shower. All great! The owner is fantastic and communicative. She was more than happy to explain some of the nuances of Batumi. Elevators were fast and efficient. No issues like in Orbi City.
Floors could have been cleaned a bit better. We needed to use the vacuum provided. But that's not a big deal. Took 5 minutes. It can get a bit noisy at night. Party in the street level restaurants until 2am. Every other night it sounds like there is a night club on the top floor. But none of that is the apartment's fault. Just be aware if you are a light sleeper.
