The apartment was nice, at a good location and communication with hosts was very easy. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped.
Bathroom was a bit below average and the beds are not the most comfortable ones.

Very well equipped kitchen.
Has a fire place (but you need to bring your own wood).
Extremely cold, even in early October. It is self check-in and everything is turned off, so it takes some time to warm up the air (and you need to turn on the water heating if you want hot water).
Carpet and sofa looked like as if they've never been cleaned since the apartment is being rented.
The view is just the rest of the hotel/complex from the first floor so you better have your curtains up all the time.
