- super clean, bright and well equipped apartment (hairdryer, soap/shower gel, toothbrush, cooking utensils, Netflix, dishwasher (+tabs), broom/mop, washing machine (+tabs), iron, ironing board), toaster, Nespresso machine with capsules, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil + vinegar mono-dose use)
- quiet building and surroundings, big windows, view on playground, comfy beds
- big supermarket across the street
- 3 nights for Christmas holidays below 400 euro!

The host, communication was smooth and they're quite prompt with their response.
The location, very close to public transport and the lively shopping street.
Balcony - Given the weather.
The bathroom is in an urgent need of a facelift as there are quite obvious signs of ageing.
The exhaust is linked to the aircon, so switching the aircon off could prove to have an unpleasant after-effect.
Stains on the sofa.
