Poliana Estate Villas is simply a magical place. The lovely Kiki and her son are perfect hosts - attentive, helpful, and always available for any question or request.
The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a superbly equipped kitchen down to the smallest details. There are two beautifully designed, generous swimming pools next to the villa, with stunning views and dreamy sunsets.
Our particular villa did not have a sea or mountain view. It is also worth noting that the nearest swimming beach is not within walking distance, so a car is needed.
But neither of these things bothered us at all - we would definitely come back.

Second time staying in exactly the same apartment (2 bed with rooftop terrace), it's perfect in every way! Well equipped, beautiful views, clean, comfortable and the small extras like providing butter, oil, wine and snacks really make a difference after travelling. Ag Nik is really the perfect place to explore the Mani from and Poliana is so perfectly situated for spectacular sun sets and beautiful quiet beaches.
Can't think of anything!
