Cleanlinnes in food must be keep attention..I found a hair inside food while bfast, it makes me sick and no appetite to continue eat..

The breakfast was great. It has lots of choices, and all of them were good. I especially like the location in which the hotel is so close to the mall. It adds to the overall experience. It is very convenience.
The design for the swimming pool and the seating area could be better. That's the only thing that was a bit dissapointing. But there's nothing they can do about it, I guess.

the location was great and excellent services.
if you’re staying with your toddler, please be aware with the open plug near the bathroom door.. ask the room services to have a babyproof. a part from that it was a pleasant stay

Breakfast - the variety of food at the Anigre restaurant was excellent! The service staff were all so friendly & courteous, especially the manager Pak Indra, and one of the hostesses Sarah, who went out of their way to ask for feedback and listened attentively. Chef Syarhul Ramadhan appreciated my feedback so much that he even prepared a special breakfast for me on my last morning at the hotel. Room service was also excellent and my request for really hot soup was certainly catered to. Daily cleaning service was also very good.
1. Sometimes the cleaners forgot to replace items used, e.g. to replace shower caps which they removed, but then made an excellent recovery after I provided some feedback. 2. I believe that the telephone cable was loose whereby it disrupted voice communication (altho I did not make a complaint as I did not use the room phone much). 3. There was also something wrong with the sound system of the TV; no sound on 1 of the movie channels, on another channel had to increase sound level to quite high (perhaps it needs an external sound bar),

The hospitality is outstanding. The room is very clean and comfortable. Best location and access to the shopping mall.
The fried food section in breakfast buffet could have been better.

The comfy bed, spacious room for three of us, clean and spotless areas from lobby to the room. I loved the welcome message on the mirror, the afternoon snack though only some nuts and juice but it was really thoughtful. The guest service who called us in the evening asking if we needed anything. And the surprising extra service for us to have breakfast at the Executive Club, much appreciated and my daughters loved it as well.
We're not a family who goes to the mall that often on the weekend because there usually is too much traffic, so it was just nice to be able to just go down to have some dinner and just enjoy ourselves. A pity that we did not go up to the Executive Club at night to enjoy the cocktail as we were too tired to do so and my youngest was not 18 yet.
That was not our usual weekend, but certainly was a delightful one. Thank you, Sheraton!.
