posizione fantastica! Accoglienza top con il personale che ci ha predisposto il parcheggio e accompagnato alla camera. Eravamo in 5 amiche e siamo state comodissime!
Nulla da dire! Ci siamo trovate molto bene!

Great location with everything just outside your door. Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the cathedral amd many popular sights. The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and well equipped. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was a big bonus.
Any earlier checkin was Eur20 per hour but at least we could leave luggage at a location nearby. Arrived at luggage collection 10-15 mins prior as walk to apt was around 10m. Told abruptly that checkin was ar 3 even though by the time we got to apt it would have been 3. Then when we got there the room cleaning had not even started. Not impressed. Having said that the apartment was good.

Location, comfy beds, laundry services. Good supply of cutlery and crockery. Noise proofing was fantastic - even though the location is very central in the busiest part of the city we heard nothinge.
Quite run down facilities. The bathroom needs to be fixed, the shower is broken and the water runs out when you use it, the washing sink was honestly quite icky. It would have been better to provide some basic washing supplies like detergent. No shampoo or conditioner is provided. There was no space to put your luggage anywhere. The furniture was covering every inch of the room. More thought needs to be put into what a guest would need. The curtains were off the rails. A good fix and freshen up is required all around.
