Bed making probably needs more attentiveness. Probably they forgot to change the duvet so we had to sleep the first night with the odor of the previous guest, good thing that by the next day a housekeeper happened to be nearby. Limited time for laundry feels a bit restricting. I always prefer to wash my clothes at night so that I could enjoy daytime enjoying my holidays outside

The Host Virginie was very helpful. Very comfortable beds especially as we both have back problems. Perfectly situated to access Christmas market areas and Cathedral.

Would recommend ear plugs as bakery below works all night and it’s noisy. No washing machine as advertised in the apartment.

The property was centrally located, nice area for walking around the area. I had some issue meeting the host due to my misunderstanding of the instruction so caused the host a little unhappy with me due to her need to walk toward where my car was. The host was helpful in telling me where to park my car since I was not at the spot where she was before. Overall, the location was really why I chose this place, able to walk to old town center, do street photography, etc.

The property was not ready at 3pm (agreed upon time). The repair person was still working on the window shade and it didn't work for the night, our window shade was unable to lower and the lights from the signs outside made it hard for us to sleep. The cleaning person tried to work around the repair person and ended up the floor was still dusty.

The location was excellent the hosts very friendly.

This well appointed and attractive apartment is located in the centre of Strasbourg, close to all the sights, and to good restaurants. This is definitely an excellent choice of place to stay in Strasbourg

The only thing possibly lacking is a washing machine excellent apartment in eh to stay

There was a strong smell from the toilet , based on a very dry season and a sudden heavy rain. So this could be only "one of"

Very kind & attentive hosts who were great at responding to questions quickly. Room was very beautifully clean. Shower was fab. Air conditioning was a God send! Had everything we needed to make for a very comfortable stay.

Seems a bit trivial saying this given the stay was great overall, but the wobbly, cracked tile on the bathroom floor would benefit from being fixed.

The location is perfect and staff is friendly and helpful.

It is not suitable for big family with more than one kid. We have booked an apartment for 6 people and found that no privacy in the room. We were living in one big room with three bedrooms and there is no walls. There is no cupbord for our clothes or storage space for our luggages. The car parking is too expensive and tiny €30 per day.
